The gold Museum of Bogota houses the world’s largest collection of Pre-Hispanic gold in the world.
They also had a couple really unique archeological pieces.

The gold museum is a pretty cool place. Especially if you like shiny objects or museums. I don’t want people to think it is pointless, I am just not a fan of museums. But I was a fan of the locks on this door, and almost got kicked out for photographing it
(this is the inside of a security door in the museum, sort of the equivalent of photographing the locks on a bank vault.)
But they let me keep the photos as I scowled, and loudly pretended that the photo wouldn’t come out. I was, however, watched VERY closely after that.

The museum is open (at time of information) Tuesday to Saturday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sundays – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. They are closed some holidays and Mondays.

Maybe that is not a dildo…
You should have photographed it from the end where the little figurine is sitting as that interests me more than the front end.
Was it not part of a bigger statue maybe?

I could only photo it from that angle because it was on display in a case faceing me. So that end was the front end and i couldnt get behind it to get the guy riding it. Also, im pretty sure its not ACTUALLY a dildo either; but its funny and it got you to read the post
If it was part of a bigger statues at sometime, it is no more. It actually looks like that was the entire piece. And the information on it said nothing about there being more.
