Dani Blanchette – creator, photographer, videographer, and founder of Going Nomadic.
In September of 2011, I left on a one-way ticket to Caracas, Venezuela to travel. 10 months later I finally left South America, (temporarily), and currently in Las Vegas. I write like I talk, love rock music, and am a self-proclaimed “horrible tourist”.
“I’m just not into seeing another building crammed with gringos carrying guidebooks.”
I will say yes to just about any crazy idea I can think of ( Drive alone across Ecuador?… HELL YES!), and I love to find the local cool things to do (Want to be a zombie in a video? …again..HELL YES!)
I have traveled to the Balkans, western South America, and extensivly through the USA (as a freelance roadie). Now I’m back in Las Vegas, writing about things to do in Vegas away from tourist crowds.
I’ll travel anywhere, anytime.
Interested in having me photograph your destination/tour/business? I’d love to work with you as part of Going Nomadic; or independently.
